Description/Duties:
· Develop Test Scripts and perform software testing
· Enterprise application development/configuration, enhancements and support
· This role is essential part of our IT Managed Services
· Support ITIL and service requests for enterprise applications using applications such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.
· Analyze system requirements and prepare requirement documents, process workflows, and flowcharts
· Assessment of IT systems, issues, bugs, problem and provide possible solutions
· Development of specifications, test scripts, trace matrix and test summary reports
Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Good understanding of IT Systems Development and Support
· In-depth knowledge of SDLC
Good to have:
· Agile Methodology, Scrum
· Knowledge of content management systems like Documentum, SharePoint, Veeva, etc. is a plus
· Knowledge of ITIL processes using ServiceNow, JIRA or similar systems is a plus.
· 3+ years of internship or work experience
Soft skills:
· MUST: Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task effectively.
· Strong writing skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Flexibility to participate in global virtual meetings outside of normal business hours.
