The Veeva CRM Solution Architect will lead the development of custom solutions for Veeva CRM and play a leading role in the transition of our clients’ Commercial Operations from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide answers to technical questions about Veeva CRM’s capabilities from management and senior executives of Life Sciences companies.
- Analyze the feasibility of requested enhancements for Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.
- Analyze requirements and provide estimates for timelines, resourcing and budgets to drive solution delivery.
- Develop design documentation and architecture diagrams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements for Veeva CRM, Vault CRM and Salesforce.com
- Lead data migrations to Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.
- Lead the development or implementation of integration solutions for Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.
- Coordinate with Veeva for application releases and implementation of Veeva CRM and Vault CRM.
Qualifications:
- Overall 7+ years of IT experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in developing enhancements, integrations and customizations for Veeva CRM.
- Candidates must be certified in Veeva CRM Administration.
- Experience required in Veeva CRM and life sciences domain.
- Experience leading teams to deliver technology solutions using both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience working with Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com API’s.
- Should have a deep understanding of the Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com Data Model and Architecture.
- Must have experience with managing Life Sciences Commercial data and configuring modules such as Samples, Orders, Multi-Channel Content, Call Reporting, Events, Territories, Accounts, KOL, HCP, HCO, Approved emails, etc.
- Should have exposure to peripheral Veeva applications such as Vault PromoMats, Veeva Align, Veeva Network, Veeva OpenData, etc.
- Experience configuring Veeva CRM security settings, user permissions, objects, modules, etc.
Skills:
- Capability to lead the design of custom solutions for Veeva CRM, Vault CRM and Salesforce.com.
- Design documentation and architecture diagramming skills.
- Requirements gathering and project management skills.
- Stakeholder management skills, including the capability to discuss and manage expectations and requests of senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality management systems, including policies, manuals, procedures, work instructions, checklists, forms, and quality documentation templates
- Create validation artifacts for IT systems, such as Risk Assessment Reports, System Validation Plan (SVP), User Requirement Specifications (URS), Configuration Specifications (CS), Test Plans (TP), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Test Scripts (TS), Trace Matrix (TM), and Validation Summary Report (VSR)
- Develop IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, EDQM, ICH, GDPR, ISO, CE, NABH, CMMI, and various other regulatory requirements Required.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience performing Computer System Validation for the Life Sciences Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Expertise in developing validation protocols and documentation
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, and information technology ensuring regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Veeva Vault experience
- Experience in configuration and data migration for Veeva Vault Quality Suite, Clinical Suite, Regulatory (RIM) Suite, PromoMats, MedComms, etc.
